Do you bring your own cleaning supplies & equipment?
Yes. Our team arrives with professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have a preference for specific products or would like us to use products you provide, just let us know.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients provide us with a way to access their home or business while they’re away. We’ll discuss the best arrangement during scheduling.
How do I request a quote?
Simply fill out our online inquiry form. We’ll schedule a walk-through or on-site consultation so we can provide a personalized quote based on your cleaning needs.
Scheduling & Payments
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes! We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all residential and commercial cleaning services.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend scheduling as early as possible, especially for deep cleanings and move-in/move-out cleanings. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your preferred date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and all major credit and debit cards. Payment details will be provided with your quote and invoice.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Providing advance notice helps us accommodate other clients and allows our team to maintain an efficient schedule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Can I schedule a one-time cleaning?
Absolutely! We offer one-time cleanings as well as recurring weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services.
How long will my cleaning take?
Cleaning times vary depending on the size of the property, its condition, and the services requested. We can provide an estimated timeframe with your personalized quote.
